McCall Handling has three levels of forklift service we perform on internal combustion and electric forklifts. We can perform most services on all competitive manufacturers: Toyota forklifts, Crown, Raymond, Yale, Mitsubishi, Komatsu, Clark, Caterpillar and many other brands of forklifts.

Basic Planned Maintenance (BPM)- level B: Is recommended to be performed every 100-150 hours. At this level, for an internal combustion unit the engine oil and filter are changed, and systems lubricated and maintenance checks are completed. Electric unit basic maintenance includes similar maintenance checks and system lubrication.

Extended PM Service (C): The McCall BAPM service combines "B" and "C" programs. This service is performed every 1000 hours or 6 months of operation. A complete tune-up is done in addition to all the services and inspections of a Basic PM.

Annual PM Service (D): The "D" service is the most thorough and includes all of the mentioned services as well as complete fluid replacement, and thorough servicing of the drive axle, steer axle, brake, and hydraulic systems. This service occurs at every 2000 hours or annually for both internal combustion or electric units. This annual service is recommended by most equipment manufacturers.

The McCall Handling Basic Advanced Planned Maintenance service discussed at the beginning of this page of Semi-Annual and Annual Service This program allows you to commit to servicing your forklift for 12 months at one flat rate per month. That includes both parts & labor.

Pricing budgeted on annual contract billed in 12 equal monthly amounts.

McCall Full Maintenance is the McCall program to insure you have the maximum uptime possible from your equipment. This is done by completing all factory recommended services at the proper intervals. Full Maintenance includes the services provided in the BPM and BAPM, plus more. This is a full-maintenance program that covers parts and labor.
