Level B ProgramBasic Planned Maintenance (BPM): Is recommended to be performed every 300-500 hours. At this level, for an internal combustion Your forklift P.M. service follows these guidelines:
Level C ProgramExtended PM Service: The McCall BAPM service combines “B” and “C” programs. This service is performed every 1000 hours or 6 months of operation. A complete forklift tune-up is done in addition to all the services and inspections of a Basic PM.
Level D ProgramAnnual PM Service: The “D” service is the most thorough and includes all of the mentioned services as well as complete fluid replacement, and thorough servicing of the drive axle, steer axle, brake, and hydraulic systems. This service occurs at every 2000 hours or annually for both The McCall Handling Basic Advanced Planned Maintenance service discussed at the beginning of this page of Semi-Annual and Annual Service This program allows you to commit to servicing your forklift for 12 months at one flat rate per month.
